Projects

A project represents a website or app and encapsulates data into logical units.

Creating a New Project

1. Authenticate and create an account.
2. Navigate to the Projects section in the App.
3. Click Create Project.
4. Enter the project’s name and select its type.
5. Select the licenses to assign to the project (new accounts can choose the “trial” license).
6. Click Create.

Note

Creating a new project requires at least one license. You can purchase additional licenses in the Billing section of your account.

Project Settings

Project settings allow you to configure and scale your project.

General Settings

This section includes general settings like project name, type, timezone, etc.

Rescaling

Each project’s limits are defined by the licenses assigned to it. In this section, you can rescale the project by adding or removing licenses, adjusting the project’s limits.

Access

By default, projects are accessible to all users under your account. In this section, you can configure restricted access, specifying which users will have access to the project.

API Keys

Here, you can create and manage API Keys for interacting with the ALTCHA API.

Encryption

Some project data, such as form responses, can be encrypted. In this section, you can manage encryption keys.
