Get started with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial activates automatically after installation, giving you full access to all features so you can assess how ALTCHA Sentinel integrates into your environment before selecting a plan.

Includes all features, unlimited verifications, and support for multiple domains.

Trial limitations: Single account and user only. Production use is prohibited — intended for testing and evaluation purposes only.

ALTCHA Sentinel is self-hosted software. Hosting services are not included in the licensing plans — additional costs may apply based on your chosen hosting provider.

Only the Enterprise plan supports multi-instance deployments (clustering). All other plans include a single instance (1 replica) only. For high availability, a minimum of 5 instances is required to form a cluster.

Starter

Suitable for startups, small businesses, or personal projects with light usage and limited team access.

Choose this plan if:

• You’re a solo developer or a very small team
• Your application has minimal traffic or is still in early development/testing
• You don’t require advanced scalability features like clustering or high availability
• You want to test ALTCHA Sentinel in a non-production environment before scaling up

Professional

Recommended for real-world production use.

Ideal for growing teams and mid-sized applications operating in production environments.

Choose this plan if:

• Your application handles moderate to heavy traffic
• You have a growing team needing access across multiple accounts
• You need support for external Redis to improve performance and reliability
• You are deploying in a production environment and require more throughput than the Starter plan allows
• You want flexibility without the complexity of enterprise-grade infrastructure

Enterprise

Built for large-scale, mission-critical systems requiring high availability, advanced security, and unlimited scalability.

Choose this plan if:

• Even a small downtime is not acceptable (require high-availability)
• You operate high-throughput systems that need clustering capabilities
• You need enterprise-grade live technical support ensuring smooth operation
• Your organization mandates SSO integration and compliance with enterprise authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)

Feature Definitions

Here’s a breakdown of what each feature entails:

• Accounts: Maximum number of logical accounts allowed per plan. Each account is isolated with its own API keys, analytics, and data storage.
• Users: Total number of users who can access the admin interface and manage configurations.
• Domains: Use ALTCHA Sentinel across an unlimited number of websites or apps at no extra cost.
• Verifications: All plans include unlimited verifications and API requests.
• Throughput: The Starter plan enforces rate limiting (maximum 1 request per second). Higher plans allow scaling based on your infrastructure.
• External Redis: For improved performance and reliability in production, use an external Redis-compatible database (not available in the Starter plan). Refer to the Performance Tuning documentation.
• Clustering: Available in the Enterprise plan for multi-instance deployments, enabling load balancing and redundancy. Refer to the Clustering documentation.
• High Availability: Ensures continuous operation even during node failures. Supported modes: distributed consensus (Raft) or manager-worker architecture. Requires purchasing multiple instances.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Enterprise-level authentication via identity providers such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), or Active Directory/LDAP.
• Integration Review: After integrating ALTCHA Sentinel into your website or app, we offer an optional integration and security review to ensure correct implementation. This check is performed upon request.
• Quarterly health checks: Proactive system reviews to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of deployment.
