Database Processor

The Database Processor stores submissions to the primary database and is the default behavior for new forms.

Add Database Processor

1. Navigate to the form’s Processors tab.
2. Click Add Processor and select Store in Database.
3. Configure the required fields and click Apply.

Configuration

• Description: Optional description of the processor to help you identify it in the list.
• Retention (days): The data retention period in days to keep the response stored in the database. A value of 0 indicates indefinite retention (data will never be deleted).
